Research

My approach began with in-depth user research and a series of brand strategy workshops, allowing me to gain a clear understanding of RDC’s pain points, opportunities, and overall goals. 
By analyzing the brand landscape and competitors, I identified ways for RDC to stand out. This research guided each step of my design process, helping me shape a brand that authentically reflects RDC’s strengths and aspirations.

“I wanted to work with communities building legacies, heritage properties, and places where families create lasting memories. 
Roots symbolize reliability and strength—deep roots hold up trees and connect with nature, just as our work provides a foundation for enduring communities.”

 
This was the vision that RDC's founder, Rebekah shared. 

I integrated it into a comprehensive brand strategy, merging it with a creative style that would elevate RDC’s identity and resonate with their luxury community developer clients. Because creative direction is as much about strategic alignment as it is about visual design, I defined it early in the process, setting a clear tone and purpose to guide every design element, ensuring the final brand captures both the strength and timeless appeal that Rebekah envisioned.

Style

My goal was to embody RDC’s mission of developing communities that harmonize with nature and emphasize lasting quality. 
Each design decision was carefully considered to convey RDC’s dedication to creating welcoming, enduring spaces. Through an earthy color palette and clean, minimal visuals, I aimed to create a look that feels authentic and rooted in purpose.
